Conditions for Regular Loan Financing
- Documents and Approvals for Land:
- Two copies of the land title deed that comply with all legal and procedural requirements, along with the original for verification.
- Two copies of the distribution decision, accompanied by the original for verification.
- A certified plot plan from the Ministry of Agriculture indicating boundaries, dimensions, area, and coordinates.
- If the distribution decision is older than five years and the land has not been cultivated, an extension must be obtained from the Ministry of Agriculture.
- If the land is reclaimed, a "Reclamation Report" must be submitted.
- Requirements for Leased Land:
- Two copies of a lease agreement issued by a certified real estate office, including the contract number and date.
- A certified survey decision from an engineering office specifying the coordinates of the leased section.
- The lease must meet all fund requirements and be based on a legally compliant title deed. The original documents must be presented for verification.
- Maps and Site Sketches:
- A site map detailing the road leading to the farm or land and access directions.
- A detailed farm sketch showing existing assets, entrance coordinates, corners, existing wells (if any), planned wells, pivot system paths (if applicable), and irrigation network layouts.
- Personal Identification:
- A copy of the national ID or family card for the borrower and their agent, along with the original for verification (minimum age: 21).
- Legal Documentation:
- A copy of the legal power of attorney per fund guidelines, accompanied by the original for verification.
- A copy of the inheritance deed in case of heirs.
- Well Drilling Permits:
- A copy of the drilling permit, along with the original for verification.
- A valid drilling license for the driller must also be provided.
- Application Process:
- Fill out the application form electronically.
- Pay inspection fees according to the loan type.
