Terms and Conditions
Value Innovation Academy, a consulting program operated under Value Innovation Consulting Office, establishes these Terms and Conditions to define the legal framework governing the use of its electronic platform and all services, programs, workshops, and content provided through it, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Accessing the website, registering for any program or workshop, or using any of the Academy’s services constitutes the user’s express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and their commitment to comply with the provisions contained herein.
1. Definition of the Academy
Value Innovation Academy is a consulting program affiliated with Value Innovation Consulting Office. It is dedicated to enhancing the quality of thinking and strengthening perspective, analysis, judgment, and decision-making.
All services, programs, workshops, content, and digital platforms associated with the Academy are operated and managed by Value Innovation Consulting Office.
All rights, obligations, contractual arrangements, and financial transactions relating to the Academy are owned and administered by Value Innovation Consulting Office in its capacity as the owner and operator of the program.
2. Data Usage and Information Security
The Academy is committed to collecting, processing, and using users’ personal data only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant data governance and cybersecurity requirements.
Depending on the nature of the service provided, the Academy may collect and process:
- Identification information.
- Contact information.
- Registration and payment information.
- Participation and engagement information relating to programs, workshops, and activities.
- Technical and platform usage information.
Such information may be used to the extent necessary to:
- Deliver, operate, and manage the Academy’s services.
- Process registrations and payments.

- Communicate with participants.
- Improve service quality and user experience.
- Fulfil legal and regulatory obligations.
The Academy applies appropriate technical, organizational, and security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.
Use of the platform constitutes acknowledgment of the Academy’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Nature of the Academy’s Services
The Academy provides programs, workshops, and content for intellectual, knowledge-based, developmental, and consulting purposes.
Its objective is to enhance the quality of thinking, perspective, analysis, judgment, and decision-making, while helping participants understand how outcomes are formed and how value is created in complex and evolving environments.
The Academy’s programs and workshops do not constitute:
- Investment recommendations.
- Financial advice.
- Legal advice.
- Accounting or tax advice.
- Customized advisory services unless expressly agreed under a separate written agreement.
4. Registration and Admission
The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request in accordance with its organizational criteria and the requirements of each program or workshop.
Registration is considered confirmed only after:
- All required information has been submitted.
- The applicable booking confirmation payment or full fee has been paid.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
The Academy reserves the right to suspend or cancel any registration if false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information is provided.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for programs, workshops, and other services are displayed on the relevant page or communicated to the participant during the registration process.
All fees must be paid through the payment methods approved by the Academy.
The Academy may offer:
- Full payment.
- A booking confirmation payment followed by one or more remaining payments.
- Other approved payment arrangements communicated during registration.
The Academy reserves the right to modify the fees of future programs, workshops, or services. Any such modification shall not affect registrations that have already been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed with the participant.
Any applicable taxes shall be displayed or communicated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
6. Registration, Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
The beneficiary may request cancellation of the booking and a refund of the amount paid within seven days from the date the payment is concluded.
The date on which the booking confirmation payment or the full booking amount is paid, whichever occurs first, shall be deemed the date on which the contract is concluded and the booking is confirmed.
The right to cancellation and refund applies provided that the beneficiary has not:
- Attended any workshop or program.
- Benefited from any part of a workshop, program, or service.
- Received any training or introductory materials.
- Accessed any recordings, digital files, presentations, or restricted content.
- Obtained any other content, service, or benefit associated with the services of Value Innovation Academy.
After the seven-day period has expired, payments made shall not be refundable where the beneficiary voluntarily decides not to attend, withdraws from the program, or fails to attend.
The above is without prejudice to any rights granted to beneficiaries under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Where the Academy permanently cancels a workshop or program, the beneficiary shall be entitled to one of the following, as determined in accordance with the circumstances and applicable regulations:
- A refund of the amount paid.
- Transfer of the registration to another available date.
- Credit equal to the amount paid for use toward another program or workshop.
Where the Academy changes the date of a workshop or program and the revised date is not suitable for the beneficiary, the Academy may offer an alternative date, transfer, credit, or refund, as appropriate.
Any approved refund shall be processed through the applicable payment method and may be subject to the processing times of the payment service provider or financial institution.
7. Digital Content and Academy Services
Where the beneficiary requests immediate access to digital materials, files, recordings, introductory materials, or other content, such access may constitute commencement of the service or receipt of a benefit associated with the Academy’s services.
Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any links, files, login details, or access credentials provided to them.
8. Attendance and Participation
Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct and show respect toward attendees, speakers, facilitators, employees, and representatives of the Academy. The following conduct is prohibited:
- Disruptive or offensive behavior.
- Harassment or inappropriate communication.
- Unauthorized recording, photography, or distribution of content.
- Sharing access links or materials with unauthorized persons.
- Conduct that interferes with the proper delivery of a workshop or program.
The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the applicable rules of conduct. Any refund entitlement in such cases shall be determined in accordance with the circumstances and the applicable laws and regulations.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary devices, software, internet connection, and technical requirements to participate in virtual programs and workshops.
9. Force Majeure
The Academy shall not be liable for delays, suspensions, interruptions, changes, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters.
- Public emergencies.
- Governmental decisions.
- Telecommunications or internet outages.
- Widespread technical failures.
- Disruption affecting venues or service providers.
- Other events legally classified as force majeure.
In such circumstances, the Academy may reschedule the relevant program or workshop, transfer registrations, provide an alternative delivery method, or take any other appropriate action in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
10. Certificates
The Academy may issue attendance or completion certificates for selected programs or workshops, subject to the requirements of each program.
Such requirements may include:
- Attendance of the required sessions.
- Completion of activities or assessments.
- Compliance with participation requirements.
- Payment of all applicable fees.
Certificates issued by the Academy do not constitute an academic qualification, professional license, or official authorization to practise any profession or regulated activity.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by or through the Academy, including written content, intellectual frameworks, conceptual models, presentations, recordings, graphics, trademarks, methodologies, training materials, and knowledge frameworks, are owned by the Academy, Value Innovation Consulting Office, or their respective licensors.
Without prior written consent, users and participants may not:
- Copy or reproduce the content.
- Record or photograph workshops or sessions.
- Republish or distribute materials.
- Share materials or access links with third parties.
- Sell or commercially exploit any content.
- Use the materials to provide training, consulting, educational, or commercial services.
- Modify or present the content as their own work.
Access to Academy materials grants the participant a limited, personal, and non-transferable right to use the materials for their own benefit only.
12. Intellectual and Professional Disclaimer
The Academy seeks to enhance the quality of thinking, perspective, analysis, judgment, and decision-making by presenting intellectual models and knowledge frameworks that support deeper understanding and more effective evaluation of choices.
The Academy does not provide:
- Investment recommendations.
- Financial advice.
- Legal advice.
- Accounting or tax advice.
- Ready-made decisions.
- Financial, professional, commercial, or investment guarantees.
The Academy does not guarantee that participation in any program or workshop will produce a particular outcome or result.
Results may depend on several factors, including the participant’s circumstances, decisions, experience, judgment, implementation, market conditions, and other matters outside the Academy’s control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Academy and Value Innovation Consulting Office shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from:
- Reliance on or application of general content provided through the Academy.
- Decisions made by participants based on workshops, programs, sessions, materials, or intellectual frameworks.
- Technical issues arising from the participant’s device, internet connection, software, or systems.
- Unauthorized use or sharing of the participant’s access credentials.
The Academy shall not be responsible for personal, professional, business, commercial, financial, or investment decisions made by participants based on the content or services provided.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
14. Amendments
The Academy reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions when required for operational, legal, regulatory, or service-related reasons.
Any amendments shall become effective upon publication on the website unless another effective date is specified.
Amendments shall not prejudice confirmed rights or obligations arising before the date of publication where such rights are protected under applicable law.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The parties shall seek to resolve any dispute arising from or relating to the platform, registration, payment, participation, or Academy services through direct and amicable communication.
Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts and judicial authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Users and participants may contact the Academy regarding registrations, payments, refunds, services, complaints, or these Terms and Conditions through the official communication channels published on the website.
The Academy shall review submitted requests and complaints and respond within a reasonable period, subject to the nature of the request and any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
