By using the Value Innovation Academy platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1 Value Innovation Academy – a consulting program operated under Value Innovation Consulting Office – establishes these Terms and Conditions to define the legal framework governing the use of its electronic platform, as well as all services, programs, workshops, and content provided through it, in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Accessing the website, registering for any program or workshop, or using any of the Academy’s services shall constitute the user's explicit and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and full commitment to comply with all provisions contained herein. Definition of the Academy Value Innovation Academy is a consulting program affiliated with Value Innovation Consulting Office, dedicated to enhancing the quality of thinking, strengthening perspective, analysis, judgment, and decision-making. All services, programs, and digital platforms of the Academy are operated and managed by Value Innovation Consulting Office. All rights, obligations, contractual arrangements, and financial transactions relating to the Academy are owned and administered by Value Innovation Consulting Office in its capacity as the owner and operator of the program. Data Usage and Information Security The Academy is committed to collecting, processing, and using users' data solely for legitimate purposes and in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), the regulations and controls issued by the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA), and all related cybersecurity and data governance frameworks. Depending on the nature of the service provided, the Academy may collect and process identification data, contact information, participation and engagement data relating to programs, workshops, and activities, as well as technical usage data, to the extent necessary for delivering, operating, improving, and managing its services, verifying identities, ensuring service quality, and fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements. The Academy implements appropriate technical, organizational, and security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Use of the platform constitutes explicit acceptance of the Academy’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Nature of the Academy’s Services The Academy provides its programs, workshops, and content for intellectual, knowledge-based, and consulting purposes. Its objective is to enhance the quality of thinking, perspective, analysis, judgment, and decision-making, while helping participants understand how outcomes are formed and how value is created in complex and evolving environments. The Academy’s programs do not constitute personalized consulting services, professional recommendations, investment advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or customized advisory services for participants. Registration and Admission The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request in accordance with its organizational criteria. Registration shall be considered confirmed only after all required information has been submitted and the applicable fees have been paid. Participants are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. The Academy reserves the right to cancel any registration if false, misleading, or inaccurate information is discovered. Fees and Payment Program and workshop fees are published on the relevant program page or communicated during the registration process. All fees must be paid through the payment methods approved by the Academy. The Academy reserves the right to modify fees for future programs without affecting registrations that have already been confirmed. Registration, Payment, and Refund Policy Registration for any program, workshop, or event offered by the Academy constitutes a final commitment to participate, regardless of whether the participant has paid the full fee, a partial payment, or an initial installment. Accordingly, all payments made to the Academy are final and non-refundable, and no compensation shall be payable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Voluntary withdrawal or cancellation by the participant. Inability to attend or complete the program. Changes in the participant’s personal or professional circumstances. Failure to achieve the participant’s expected benefits or outcomes. Late attendance or failure to attend. Payment of an initial installment followed by a decision not to complete the registration process. By completing the registration or payment process, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and expressly agreed to this policy. If the Academy decides to permanently cancel a program or workshop, the Academy shall have the sole discretion to determine whether payments will be refunded or converted into credit that may be used toward future programs or workshops. Attendance and Participation Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct and show respect to all attendees, speakers, and facilitators. Any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior that interferes with the proper conduct of a workshop or program is prohibited. The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the rules of conduct without refund. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary technical requirements to participate in virtual programs and workshops. Force Majeure The Academy shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, cancellation, interruption, or disruption of services or programs resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, telecommunications or internet outages, governmental actions, or other force majeure events. Certificates The Academy may issue attendance or completion certificates for certain programs or workshops, subject to the requirements of each program. Such certificates do not constitute an academic qualification, professional license, or official accreditation to practice any profession or activity unless expressly stated otherwise. Intellectual Property All materials provided by the Academy, including written content, intellectual frameworks, conceptual models, presentations, recordings, graphics, trademarks, methodologies, and knowledge frameworks, are the exclusive property of the Academy or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, shared, sold, disclosed to third parties, recorded, photographed, or used for commercial, training, educational, consulting, or other purposes without the Academy’s prior written consent. Intellectual and Professional Disclaimer The Academy seeks to improve the quality of thinking, perspective, analysis, judgment, and decision-making by presenting intellectual models and knowledge frameworks that help participants develop a deeper understanding of the world and evaluate choices more effectively. The Academy does not provide: Investment recommendations. Financial advice. Legal advice. Accounting or tax advice. Ready-made decisions. Financial, professional, or commercial guarantees. Furthermore, the Academy does not guarantee any specific outcome or result, as outcomes depend on multiple factors, including the participant’s circumstances, decisions, and implementation of the concepts and frameworks presented. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Academy nor Value Innovation Consulting Office shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from the use of, reliance upon, or application of any content provided by the Academy. The Academy shall not be responsible for any personal, professional, business, or investment decisions made by participants based on programs, workshops, sessions, content, intellectual models, or knowledge frameworks provided through the Academy. Amendments The Academy reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website unless otherwise specified. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the platform or the services provided through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and judicial authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
