Payment Policy

Payment methods

We offer electronic payment via cards, digital wallets and bank transfer, plus available installment options. All payments are processed through secure gateways.

Full payment

You can pay the full workshop fee at booking to benefit from available discounts and confirm your seat immediately.

Partial payment (Booking Deposit)

You can reserve your seat with a deposit of the workshop fee, with the remaining amount due before the workshop starts by 24 hours. You will receive a reminder of the balance due date.

Booking confirmation

A seat is not finally confirmed until the full fee is paid. If the balance is not paid by the set date, the Academy may re-offer the seat.

Currency & taxes

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals and include applicable fees and taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment security

We do not store your card data on our servers; payments are fully processed by the certified payment gateway provider.
