Risk Oversight

It is not about preventing risks, but managing them.

Mishandling risks kills companies more than weak sales do.


Enhancing Governance and Building Independent Institutions Within the Company

Activating: the Audit Committee – Nomination and Remuneration Committee – Risk Committee – Executive Committee, rather than just delegating tasks to them.

Governance... is a system that prevents chaos.

Daily interference weakens management and causes the Board to fail.
